Customer Presence: An adult member of the household must be present during the entire service process. We are not responsible for any claims regarding missing items or pre-existing household damage if the technician is left unattended.
Pre-existing Damage: Technicians will perform a pre-service check. If the appliance has prior internal damage, body rust, or gas line decay that makes the repair risky, the technician may refuse the service for safety reasons.
Safety & Access: The customer must provide a safe and accessible working environment. If the refrigerator is placed in a cramped or dangerous location, the technician might request it to be moved to an open space before starting work.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be made immediately after the service is completed. We accept Cash, bKash, or Nagad. Official invoices will be sent digitally or provided in hard copy.
